Dallas and the Demon are back in action, this time assisting a beautiful young woman in her efforts to find and expose a clever mastermind criminal and two cold-blooded killers.

If the killers can be brought to justice legally, they will go to jail. Dallas will see to that! If the killers cant be brought to justice legally, they will go to hell. The Demon will see to that! It all starts when Marti Coggins, Dallas in-town squeeze, discovers that an old friend, Jillian McLean, is in Palm Beach attending a ballroom dance competition.

Marti asks Dallas to drive her to Palm Beach so that she can visit with her old friend. Dallas and Marti are in Jillians hotel suite when two professional thieves break in, disables Dallas, restrains Marti and Jillian, and makes off with Jillians valuable jewelry. Unfortunately, the thieves constrain Jillian in such a way that she dies of asphyxiation. Although Jillians death appears to be the result of a robbery gone bad, Jillians beautiful daughter, Lani, and her wealthy grandmother, Opal, believes that the robbery is really a premeditated murder perpetrated by Jillians professional dance partner and lover, Dick Varner, who will inherit a substantial sum of money from Jillians estate.

Lani vows to implicate Varner in the murder by joining the dance studio where Varner teaches, with the hope of gathering incriminating evidence. Grandmother, Opal McLean, is concerned for Lanis safety, so Opal offers Dallas a contract to watch over Lani while she pursues her quest. Dallas considers Lanis quest to be a boondoggle with little chance of success, and he initially refuses Opals offer.

But Marti is so distraught over her friends death that she joins forces with Opal McLean to convince Dallas to take the job. So Dallas signs up to act as Lanis co-conspirator and protector while she goes after Dick Varner.

As Dallas and Lani probe deeper and deeper into the dance world, more and more circumstantial evidence surfaces to make them believe that Jillians death was indeed more than a botched robbery. Then a series of events occur that have profound personal significance to Dallas, so the Demon comes out and the hunt is on!
